Gabriela's 5 Favorite apps to Run Your Business

There are so many free and at cost apps to help you run your small business and depending on your industry, there are countless options. Don’t get overwhelmed and download a million apps on your phone that you will rarely or never use. So think about what you are working to streamline in your business, check out the options and then try them out.

I will say that you want to have some type of organization on your phone that allows you to find things easily and put related apps in folders as it makes sense but be super intentional and download things apps you will actually use. Soo, before we get into my favorite apps, I want to share some tips for optimizing your app organization on your phone

DELETE, DELETE, DELETE Look through your phone and DELETE the apps that you don’t use. Start with the apps that came with your phone, so if you prefer a different notes app or don’t track your health, delete them now! If you find out later that you can’t live without them, you can always add them back.

GROUP New apps go to the last spot on the last page of your phone screen. Now that you’ve deleted what you don’t use, put related apps together in folders that make sense by categories, like social media, photo and video, business, and work. You can also put the apps on different pages.
